We currently have an opening for a Cardiovascular Outcomes Coordinator.

This position will coordinate data and documentation compliance as directed, work in collaboration with other data management personnel (cardiovascular and other product lines), collaborate with the Organizational Improvement Nurse Liaison on all aspects of the Hospital's core measures as directed, educate physicians and staff regarding changes to the quality and data initiatives, and actively participate in data collection for the improvement of system and clinical outcomes at the unit, departments, and hospital level, among other duties.
REQUIREMENTS
KS RN license/eligible and BSN required. MSN preferred. Cardiovascular nursing experience in an acute/critical care setting strongly preferred. Candidate also needs to have excellent communication, writing, organizational and presentation skills, an ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, administrative staff and clinical personnel, ability to manage several high priority projects simultaneously, and advanced working knowledge of computer spreadsheets and databases.
