Medical
Continuous Quality Improvement Officer

Works with managers to
develop and administer the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement Program. Collect, analyze and report data relative to the agency's QA/
Accountability Initiatives.
Analyze program performance and outcome data to inform management decisions regarding programs. Generate recommendations for quality improvement and performance management. Manage the agency Accreditation Process.

Doctorate in social science/
education related field with
focus on research/evaluation
+ 2 years related experience,
or a Master's in above fields
+ 5 years research experience; experience in implementing compliance with Medicaid
and HIPAA regulations and
behavioral health accreditation systems, statistical analysis; strong verbal and writing skills; ability to lead teams related
to job functions.
