COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE II Contractual Positions. Full-time and part-time with no benefits in our Nursing Division of the Harford County Health Dept. English/Spanish Bilingual skills are preferred. This position requires: Bachelors' degree in nursing from an accredited college or university. Must have a valid driver's license. Salary Range: $18.93 - $24.05 per hour depending on experience.
