The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for the operational, financial, clinical and personnel activities of all clinical services. This position ensures that the internal controls are adequate to ensure patient safety
REQUIREMENTS
Education: BSN degree, or clinical degree equivalent. MHA, MBA, MSN preferred.
Work Experience: Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare delivery system administration with proven performance record of innovative operations management resulting in improved health outcomes and demonstrated expense control.
Additional Requirements: Strong clinical nursing experience and a minimum of six years of clinical experience in acute care are required. Strong physician and clinical relationship skills are essential. Previous experience in managing multiple areas of clinical and support operations.
