We’ve brought together all the pieces you need to achieve healthcare excellence and a career you can be proud of.Riverside, Christiana Care’s Transitional Care facility is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Its 108 beds are used to treat patients who require Respiratory Therapy monitored ventilator care, IV antibiotic and nutritional therapy needs, patients with heart and lung conditions, wound care needs, physical, speech and occupational therapy needs, post trauma patients and cancer and hospice patients. Clinical staff members work in an interdisciplinary team of Nurses, Physicians, Social Workers, Dietitians, Pharmacist, Physical, Occupational, Respiratory, Speech and Recreational therapist to develop patient care plans. Patients at Riverside are stable and treated anywhere on average from four to eight weeks before they are discharged to go home.candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes drug testing and a back evaluation. You must be able to lift 45-50 pounds repetitively. A criminal background check will also be required.
