Nursing assistants assist with the hands-on care of residents in skilled nursing facilities. NACs at Parkside Care Center assist with the daily care of residents, including but not limited to, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding. They are our first line of communication with our residents, as they see and speak with them all day long, therefore they are a vital part of our care family. REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read and interpret documents, ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, ability to accurately document resident information in care logs. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50-100 pounds and lift 25-50 pounds constantly. Ability to consistently come to work and be on-time
