Primary Purpose: Develops, coordinates, provides and maintains social work activities to meet needs of patients from neonate to adolescence and their families in accordance with established treatment goals Minimum Qualifications: 1. Master?s degree in Social Work or equivalent combination of education and experience 2. LMSW - Required, LCSW - Preferred 3.
