CLINICAL DIRECTORUBCSS - A large not for profit mental health provider with operations in Cecil and Harford Counties is seeking a results oriented Clinical Director. JOB SUMMARY : This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the integrity of all clinical programs. Position participates in the Management Team, which provides administrative and policy oversight for all services. This position is charged with assessing and monitoring agency staff in all areas of clinical documentation, compliance with HIPPA and other related areas. Position is also charged with overseeing clinical training needs of staff. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ;Oversight of all clinical work ;Provide staff education and training ;Provide staff consultation ;ongoing and crisis ;Participate in compliance program to insure all documentation meets HIPPA and regulatory standards. ;Carry a 30 - 50% case load of psychotherapy clients ;Assist Senior Management in setting and maintaining appropriate clinical standards. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: ;Masters degree in psychology, social work or related field. Maryland licensure or eligibility required. Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and team building skills. ;Experience in clinical program supervision, experience in at least 4 of 6 clinical areas with the desire to develop expertise in the remaining areas: children, adolescents, adults, serious and persistently mentally ill, psychiatric rehabilitation and adoptions.
