C T TECH, RADIOLOGY CAT SCAN, F-T, DAYS

Performs a variety of CT scan procedures, invasive and non-invasive on a variety of patients at both campuses of the MSJ Health System. In doing so the technologist is required to utilize sterile technique if necessary, operating complex radiographic equipment and assist physicians as needed. The technologist is responsible for the manipulation of computer data and images for interpretation, and reproducing them on film for permanent storage, and/or utilization of networking system. This position will function without constant supervision. Independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative are essential.
