Buyer - Medical Products Manufacturer

The Buyer, for this medical device company, will spend 1-2 years at this location, initially purchasing MRO items, and then will relocate to another of the company's plants, in either the United States or Canada. The initial function of MRO Buyer will allow this person to become familiar with the company, its organization and product lines.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree is required, and a successful candidate should have at least a year of Purchasing/Supply Chain experience, preferably for a manufacturer. Medical device experience is not necessary, but what is needed, other than experience, is the desire to get ahead in this field. A candidate must agree to be relocated, as the company sees this field growing in importance within the company.
The relocation could be within New England, or it could be to one of their locations in the US or Canada.
