Business Analyst

Services To Be Performed (will include, but not be limited to, the following):
A. Develop functional requirements for a new clinical management and behavioral health system which includes detailed analysis of the following areas.
• Clinical management for mental health
•Clinical management for substance abuse
•Administrative services
•Communication with existing systems
•Medicaid claims management
•Provider communication
B. Facilitate business requirements definition, communicate with external customers and internal customers at all levels of the organization;
C. Document requirements, processes, practices, policies, procedures, solutions, approaches
D. Based on recommendations, prepare required project documentation.
E. Work with business and technical staff in the development of business and systems requirements;
F. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and/or external customers;
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS

? Min. 8 years of experience analyzing and verifying requirements for software systems.
? Min. 5 years of experience using the complete Rational Suite of tools.
? Min. 8 years of experience in facilitating JAD or requirement gathering sessions
? Min. 8 years of experience Project Management principles
? Min 5 years of experience in developing Business Models, Use Cases, Domain Models and using Rational Rose and Requisite Pro.

Skills
? Excellent verbal and written skills
? Good working knowledge of current technology (relational databases, internet, security)
? Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels;
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
? Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions;
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management;
? Ability to manage work time efficiently to complete multiple assignments within designated time periods
