Brand Specialist

The Brand Specialist is a customer-focused individual who serves as the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center regarding the pharmaceutical firm’s products and services. They effectively communicate, via telephone, e-mail and written communication, specific product and/or disease state information.Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years Clinical experience in Nursing or Pharmacy
- Computer competency – Position requires taking an online test to gauge user-skills in MS Windows and Internet Explorer
- Excellent verbal, telephone communication and written skills required
- Demonstrated ability to provide world-class customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Good analytical problem solving and decision-making
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills
- Team player
