Nursefinders, a national provider of health care staffing, is currently seeking an experienced Branch Director or Branch Manager for our Des Moines Staffing office. This is an opportunity for you to use your expertise to rapidly advance & grow with an excellent Company.

Our Branch Directors are responsible for the programs and business affairs of the office as a whole. The right candidate will be assisting in the growth of a well established staffing office by hiring and retaining quality healthcare professionals, developing and nurturing relationships with clients, while maintaining Nursefinders ongoing staffing reputation for only accepting the highest in quality and care for our employees and clients.

Qualifications:

Strong Recruiter background.
At least one year in a Supervisory role over a per diem type setting.
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
Proven P&L experience a plus.
At least 2 years of proven Sales Experience.
