Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas, a premier non-profit agency is currently searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Match Consultant and Enrollment Specialist.The Match Consultant is based out of our Dallas office and is responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 120 matches, providing support to volunteers, children and parents ensuring agency standards are met regarding all aspects of the relationship including activities, safety, training, goals, etc. Applicants must have the ability to work from home.The bilingual Enrollment Specialist is based out of our Arlington or Fort Worth office and is responsible for conducting volunteer enrollment. Duties include individual orientations, interviews, home assessments, data maintenance, etc.Qualified individuals (for both positions)must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related science; have the ability to assess adults, youth and children; organizational skills; computer skills; be willing and able to work with diverse populations; and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
