Flexibility, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow directions, attention to detail, organizational skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, public speaking and presenting, ability to work independently.Description of duties & responsibilities:Primarily conduct Assessments (role-plays) with potential and incumbent candidates for multiple clients. This includes: ensure standard, reliable and valid assessment experience for each candidate, actively listen, offer appropriate cues to ensure candidates remain on task, ensure candidates have adequate opportunity to display the behaviors the assessment is designed to elicit, communicate appropriately, take detailed accurate notes on behaviors exhibited and assign numerical ratings in accordance with the program-specific guidelines.May also conduct standardized Physical and Skills Assessments, Behavioral Interviews and pre-employment testing as part of multiple client new hire selection processes.
