Behavior Specialist

Serves as a consultant to the mobile therapist or TSS in wraparound program while maintaining some direct contact with the child and family
Works with all members of the treatment team to design and direct a behavior modification plan that will meet the needs of the child and family
Provides instruction to other members of the treatment team (teachers, aides, family) in their roles and responsibilities in implementing the plan
Participates in special child-specific, family-focused interagency service planning meetings
REQUIREMENTS




The Behavior Specialist does NOT provide direct therapy, administer medication, provide transportation, or work with a sibling or other child unless it directly relates to the treatment of the child.
This is a part-time (approximately 20 hours a week) position
Requires a Ph.D
