• Program Specialist
Program Specialists support drug manufacturers and biotechnology companies providing support services for their specialty products. Previous experience in health care industry is preferred but not required.

• Reimbursement Specialist
Reimbursement Specialists support some of the newest, most innovative drug therapies. Individual case management. Previous experience in the health care industry required.

Responsibilities for both positions include managing patient accounts, researching insurance coverage, obtaining authorizations, resolving billing/collection issues, and interacting with physicians, patients, insurers and pharmaceutical company representatives.

Qualifications: Demonstrated excellent customer service approach. Telephone skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member with a customer satisfaction focus. Demonstrated problem solving ability. Ability and initiative to work independently. Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational and customer relations’ skills.

Education: College degree is preferred, equivalent experience is accepted.

Experience: Previous 1+ years of experience in a physician's office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred.
