We are a growing company that is looking for dedicated professionals with a passion for the fitness industry, who will grow with us.
Currently we are looking for sales associates and Assistant Manager candidates preferably with a background in fitness. Our sales staff is responsible for driving new business, bringing in new members to the club, taking tours of the facility and offering excellent customer service.
The Assistant Manager candidates will assist with new membership sales as well. They will lead the staff to successfully reach their goals, assure that our members are completely satisfied and build a rapport with guests.
Job Requirements
Bally Total Fitness is looking for people with a background or knowledge of the fitness industry, an outgoing individual with a focus on customer service and the ability to motivate others. We are looking for someone who can drive sales, has a proven record of increasing sales and feels comfortable interacting with new people on a daily basis.
