BEHAVIORAL ANALYST

Duties include: Oversee Positive Behavior Support Planning processes for an ABA school for individuals with autism
Implement and/or supervise functional behavior assessments and/or analyses
Develop, evaluate, and supervise implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)
Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams
Provide and/or supervise staff training and support programs in the use of positive reinforcement strategies, teaching functional communication skills, use of visual mediation strategies, implementing appropriate environmental modifications, and so on.

Job Requirements are:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
MASTERS DEGREE OR DOCTORAL DEGREE STRONGLY PREFERRED!
Thorough knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis and Positive Behavior
Support Planning
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or young adults with
autism
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
