Job Description
The Associate Director provides oversight of all aspects of the Division to ensure quality and continuity of operations. Also works with the Director of Operations to identify strategies and goals to accomplish the company mission.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Directs the activities of Project Team Managers and oversees the Division teams
Backs up the Project Team Manager as needed.
Manages client relationships
Works with Business Development and Compliance
Attends and participates in various meetings and conferences including evening meetings as needed
Oversees all aspects of Division hiring, training, process improvement, and daily operations.
Ensures processes are current and within industry standards and internal SOPs
Forecasts human resources and budget needs
Prepares monthly reports
Responsible for the timeliness of Division deliverables
Conducts quality assurance and quality control
Exceptional customer service skills
Education/Experience
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS or 6 years in a related field. Or, minimally, 5 years experience in applying human subject protections regulations and 5 years experience supervising others. CIP designation a plus or must be eligible within one year to become CIP certified.
