We are looking for a caring and energetic ASSOCIATE DENTIST in an established group practice with offices in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Our well-trained and experienced staff has the practice administration and clinical skills to compliment your commitment to excellence. We have had an established and growing patient base, dedicated employees and proven practice administration for over 30 years. This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated dentist.

Position Summary
Provide quality dental care to patients that ensure patient safety and overall oral health within the guidelines of the practice and that are permissible by the Illinois Dental Practice Act (Wisconsin if candidate is applying to the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin position).
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Dental school graduate
Completion of accredited AEGD or GPR post-doctoral program
Educationally qualified at Dental Specialist when appropriate

Minimum Experience:
One year of practice experience in addition to that gained through post-doctoral education
In lieu of post-doctoral education two years of practice experience is required.

Regular Licensure/Certification:
Current State of Illinois General Dental (019) License (Wisconsin if applying for Lake Geneva, Wisconsin position).
Current State of Illinois Specialty Dental (021) License – if limitation of practice. (Wisconsin if applying for Lake Geneva, Wisconsin position).
Current CPR certification

Preferred Experience:
Three or more years of prior dental practice experience.

Desired Skills/Ability:
Ability to develop rapport with patients quickly.
Effective communication skills.
Dexterity to perform clinical functions for patients of any age.
