Assistant Residence Manager

The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible to oversee daily shift operations in residential group home, ensure accomplishment of goals, coordinate staff on site orientation and training, complete all records & reports, accomplish contacts with outside vendors, perform duties of the Residence Counselor, monitor the operation and condition of the building and supplies.

Duties of the ARM would be to perform duties of the Residence Counselor, as needed, including, but not limited to, attending to personal, self-care and other program needs that the individuals in the residential group home cannot independently accomplish.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 60 pounds
Valid Driver's License

Prefer experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
