Assistant Editor - Clinical Writer
ASSISTANT EDITOR-CLINICAL WRITER
ECRI, a nonprofit health services research agency, is seeking an assistant editor-clinical writer to contribute and write editorial content, provide quality assurance, and organizational support to Health Technology Forecast and TARGET content production.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or English with coursework in biosciences or healthcare administration. Seeking a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills. Up to 3 years publication experience, Web publication knowledge a plus. Attention to detail; deadline oriented. Knowledge of medical terminology and AMA style; familiarity with basic biostatistical concepts. Ability to track and discern healthcare technology trends through routine perusal of journals and meeting proceedings. Dedication to thoroughness and accuracy. Ability to use evidence-based resources and expert interviews to distill complex technical and clinical information into useful information for hospital and health plan decision makers. Requires independent and team work, dedication to objectivity and accuracy.
