Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Broomall Rehab & Nursing Center, has an immediate opening for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Position reports directly to Director of Nursing (DON) and is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the nursing department, including the supervision of an excellent nurse management team and direct-care staff, monitoring compliance of federal and state regulations and facility policies, as well as clinical outcomes.
Focus on Restorative Nursing and Infection Control programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must possess a current PA registered nurse license and have at least 3 years relevant management experience in nursing. Must be extremely organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. A graduate from a qualified BSN program is preferred.
