Assistant Director of Nursing
Registered Nurse Assistant Director of Nursing needed at Norfolk Health & Rehab, a 180-bed skilled nursing center located in Norfolk, Virginia. This centers serves both short term rehab patients, as well as, long term care.
Duties include unit and staff management, physician and family interface, lab tracking, QI reports, and patient assessment.
This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision. Self-starters only!
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking to become a Director of Nursing and to progress into nursing administrative ranks.
