Assessment Specialist for Residential Youth Treatment Program

Our Assessment Specialist provides a full range of services including assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning to adolescent males with substance abuse problems.

Some of the specific job functions are as follows:
-Administers and completes client screening and assessment tools
-Serves as a member of the treatment team regarding ongoing assessment of client needs and recommendations.
-Reviews client record(s), including screening and assessments, progress notes, background information, etc. Uses the data that is gathered to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is individual for each client.
-Performs IOP’s, case management, crisis intervention, family counseling and individual and group counseling.
-Maintains security and confidentiality of client information. Completes appropriate documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in human services field. LISW or LSW certification and at least two years of related experience. Ability to work flexible schedule.

At least 21 years of age, valid driver's license, and criminal checks.
