ResponsibilitiesThe Compensation Analyst is responsible to provide and perform compensation duties that require knowledge of the Hospital's compensation policies and procedures. The analyst assists in the administration and maintenance of all compensation programs. She/he responds to inquiries, addresses problems, analyzes compensation issues and prepares spreadsheets with data for resolution. Bachelor's degree required. Three or more year's experience in compensation is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows based applications is required. The ability to work in fast paced environment handling multiple projects at the same time is required. Analytical and organizational skills are required. Written and verbal communication skills are required.
