Alzheimer's Program Director

HealthBridge Management has 15 locations in Massachusetts offering Long Term Care, Neurorehabilitation, Sub-Acute Services, Alzheimer/Dementia Programs and Behavioral Health.

HealthBridge is currently seeking an Alzheimer's Program Director for our Wilmington, Massachusetts facility, a 132-bed skilled nursing facility. Wilmington Health Care Center is a flagship facility that is a patient first healthcare center. Wilmington HCC has manicured grounds, an enclosed courtyard, ample, free parking, and a well-maintained, two story brick building with formal dining rooms and elegant common areas. Wilmington HCC is conveniently located right off Route 93 and 128, minutes to Wilmington Center. Specializing in wound care with excellent rehabilitation team, non-behavioral facility, small sub-acute unit. Friendly, home-like environment with excellent employee support by management team.

We need you to take ownership for the quality of care that is provided on your Unit. You will be supported by your building's management team and your corporate office. You will be provided with training and guidance whenever you need it. Make it yours! Make a commitment to quality care!
REQUIREMENTS

Masters degree in Mental Health, Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, or Rehabilitation

At least 3 years experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia programs

At least 3 years experience in Long Term Care

At least 1 year management experience

Prefer someone who has taken the "Train the trainer" course given by the state Alzheimer's Association.
