** Current experience in Med/Surg Acute Care, GI/GU, Infectious Diseases preferred. ***Under general direction employs advanced education, as well as advanced clinical, research and management expertise to lead in the provision of quality, cost effective patient care. As a member of the Advanced Practice Nursing Team, works directly with consumers and in close partnership with others in the Sinai and external health care system to; promote health, manage and improve patient outcomes and quality of care, and increase the efficiency and cost effectiveness of health care delivery in Sinai. Applies a global perspective to the assessment of emerging trends, issues, and technology to recommend, plan and implement changes in the Sinai care delivery system.



Requirements
Master's Degree in Nursing. Five (5) years experience as an RN, plus (2) two years in area of specialization. Licensed as a RN in the State of Maryland. Must demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, clinical, organizational, critical thinking, teaching, leadership, group processing and change management skills. Must have current CPR Health Care Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification. Must successfully complete Hospital orientation/training program.Req: #6430
