The leader of this 126 bed facility will provide support to all departments ensuring the quality of care and services provided to the residents. The facility provides all types of payor services. Medicare, Medicaid and HMO experience is required. A hands-on style and community based approach is essential to success. The position requires an ability to manage the operation through financial objectives while maintaining service and quality of care.
REQUIREMENTS
*3+ years of succesful LTC Administrator experience
*Current TX Licensure
