Account Manager-Home Care

Fortune 100 Healthcare Company. Essential duties and responsibilities are selling therapeutic services and equipment for home care and meeting the revenue forecast for the territory. Development and implementation of territory business and sales strategy. Schedule and complete daily customer sales calls to maintain existing business and explore new business opportunities. Sell the company's competitive differentiation to enhance sales and convert competitive business. Execute corporate strategies in assigned regional, national, and managed care accounts to ensure company vision. Delivering effective presentations and follow up of sales and marketing programs focused on the customers concept. No overnights except for sales meetings.Territory geography South Boston to include the counties of Plymouth, Bristol, Nantucket, Dukes and Barnstable counties and the state of Rhode Island.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will be an RN, or other clinician with a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience and/or three (3) years of documented success in pharmaceutical/medical/hospital/home care/extended care or acute care sales experience. Must have at least one of the following educational levels: 1)-Clinical degree such as RT, RN, OT, PT, EMTP, CWOCN, or ET 2)-Associate Degree, preferably in marketing or science-related field 3)-Bachelors Degree, preferably in marketing or science-related field with strong documented sales success, interpersonal and good oral and written communication skills. Must have proven ability to reach targeted goals and the ability to work independently. Must have and understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Must be computer literate in the Microsoft Office suite of products to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have means of independent transportation. Lotus Notes experience is preferred.
