Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for the growth of the Branch business.



** Must have Health Care experience..



The individual will prepare and make presentations to new area referral sources including but not limited to: Area physicians, hospital case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. This position also maintains current referral sources and maintains an updated territory management system. He/she works under the supervision of the General manager or designee.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High School graduate required. Some college preferred. A Bachelor"&tm;s degree is desirable.



2. Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one-year experience in a related position.



3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, telephone, documentation, and communication skills.



4. Good presentation skills to large and small groups,



5. Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary office.



6. Knowledge of home care preferred.



7. Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified branch needs.



8. The use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of healthcare sales.



9. Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.



10. Speaks, writes, reads, and comprehends English.
