Ashlar of Newtown is a 156-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility with long-term care and short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation components. It is located in Newtown, CT, convenient to I-84 and Routes 25 and 34. As an affiliate of Masonicare, Ashlar of Newtown (AON) is a recognized leader in senior housing and healthcare services. Patients and residents are referred both from the local community and its healthcare service providers and through the Masonicare continuum of care. With decades of experience, AON is noted for providing high quality care and steadfast support of its patients and residents. We are currently searching for a part-time (minimum of 20 hrs/week with the potential for Full-time or job share with another APRN)Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to provide direct medical care for patients and residents at Ashlar of Newtown. The selected candidate will join our independent practice, Pyramid Primary Care Physicians, P.C., receiving business and ancillary support from Masonicare’s corporate offices in Wallingford, CT. He/She will work with a dedicated, physician director who together will provide care for patients and residents of the facility under a hospitalist/medical model design.
REQUIREMENTS
