ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Royal Manor Management, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk working in the Finance Department at our corporate offices in Middleburg Heights Ohio. Royal Manor, a growing and progressive leader in the healthcare industry, operates nine nursing and rehabilitation centers located in northern Ohio.



The ideal candidate should have a background in long-term care, working knowledge of the reimbursement process, high level PC skills especially Microsoft Office and accounting software. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding working environment. REQUIREMENTS


The primary responsibilities of this position include the preparation and processing of bills for Medicare Part A and B, private insurance, and workers’ compensation; the daily posting of cash receipts; the tracking and inputting of daily census data; monitoring, tracking, and collection of all receivables via balance reports and logs; and preparation of monthly reconciliation of revenue tests of billings posted to the general ledger.
