2nd shift Supervisor/Technical Support

They will drive change as part of our Lean Manufacturing journey. They will create a manufacturing environment where teamwork, trust and communication are at the forefront. Results and decisions are derived through use of performance and planning metrics. Promotes continuous improvement and empowers the team to create and own the change needed to meet the operations goals. Must have comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices as applied to the development of high-tech devices in controlled environments (ISO). Knowledge and experience implementing manufacturing best practices, such as lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, training and reward systems, etc. Proven success in manufacturing supervision. Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in Manufacturing Supervision.
