Whole Body Associate Team Leader

Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution. Provide our customers and team members with superior service. Assist in the selection, training, and development of an outstanding team. Help implement and support all regional programs. Coach team members and take disciplinary action as needed. Generate high team morale. Consistently achieve required margin and labor targets. Create a sense of fun while ensuring the utmost productivity. Maintain well-stocked and merchandised department. Work a minimum of one closing shift per week, as well as one weekend day per week. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Be a strong support to your Team Leader, and run the team during Team Leader’s absence. Willingly and enthusiastically model all Whole Body team member duties.

Basic understanding of all areas of Nutrition Sub-Department operations. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent merchandising skills. Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets. Great people and motivational skills. A demonstrated commitment to do what it takes for the team to be successful. Good written and oral communication skills. High standards of excellence. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
