Vitamin Specialist

Summary: Perform all functions relating to ordering and all products with an emphasis on Vitamin, cosmetics and skin care. Assist Team Leader in overall department operation. Provide current, knowledgeable and courteous customer service. Will Do: 1. Provide excellent customer service 2. Perform all duties and responsibilities of Whole Body Team Member position 3. Order Vitamin for department 4. Responsible for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets 5. Request and insure proper signs for all sale items 6. Process invoices and returns 7. Execute all national and regional promotions 8. Must strive to receive TCS score of 9.0 or better 9. Comply with all DSHEA regulations when assisting customers in selecting products that best suits their needs 10. Comply with all applicable State of California Health and Safety coded 11. Intimate knowledge of Purchase Journals, store operations workbook, electronic purchase journals and rapid receiving 12. Maintains high integrity and professional in all vendor interactions 13. Perform all duties assigned 14. Must maintain Regional core set “planogram”
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have/Be: 1. Minimum 1-2 years experience as WB Clerk Level 1 or equivalent 2. Analytical ability and proficiency in math needed to calculate Margins, monitor profitability and manage inventory 3. In depth knowledge of nutritional supplements and demonstrative sales ability; complete understanding of DSHEA regulations 4. Continue education with all nutritional information 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook 7. Passion for learning 8.
