Team Member

1. Provide excellent Customer service. 2. Treat customers and fellow Team Members with courtesy and respect. 3. Greet with a smile and assist all customers when ever possible. 4. Be prepared and ready to work in station at scheduled time. 5. Be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and nights. There are no set schedules or guarantees of schedules. 6. Follow and adhere to all policies described in General Information Guidebook. 7. Must follow and adhere to all polices listed in store policy packet. 8. Comply with store dress code. 9. Attend all team and store meetings. 10. Work well with others in a team system. 11. Maintain a positive and constructive attitude. 12. Support Team Leader, store and regional leadership. 13. Maintain and/or exceed all performance standards and expectations. 14. Continually perform cleaning duties to insure cleanliness of store. 15. Perform all assigned tasks. 16. Complete all opening, mid and closing checklists. 17. Act and think safety in all areas of the store and your performance. 18. Report all safety hazards or incidents to store leadership. 19. Complete training checklist in your area. 20. Attend and participate in Orientation.
