Specialty Team Member

Will focus on production work within Specialty Department. Provide our customers with outstanding customer service. Ensures an appealing department by checking codes, rotating products, and removing old, damaged, or out-of-date products. Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices. Operates all Specialty equipment in a safe and proper manner. Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness and to check signage and labeling for accurate pricing. Performs other duties as assigned by store and Specialty Team Leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
A flexible schedule to include weekends. Able to work between 24 and 40 hours per week. A desire to learn and grow within the Specialty Team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. A self-starter and ability to work independently and at the same time understand the importance of working as a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership. Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time. Able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and able to push and pull carts with product weighing up to 100 pounds.
