Seafood Team Member

Provide our customers with outstanding customer service. Assist in stocking product at all deliveries. Maintain sampling program. Perform as directed all opening, mid and closing shift duties. Read, and stay informed on, all regional and team memos. Attend product trainings and monthly meetings. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness, HACCP programs and maintain sweep logs. Assist with resets, or any other task necessary to fulfill the job requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexible schedule and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A desire to learn and grow within the Seafood Team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. Understanding of the importance of working as a team. Good communication skills. Good organizational skills. Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time. Able to withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and a damp environment. Able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and push and pull carts unassisted with product weighing up to 80 pounds.
