Retail Representative – Part Time

CROSSMARK is an international sales and marketing company with 17,000+ employees world wide. CROSSMARK is currently seeking part time Retail Representatives.

Summary: In cooperation with other CROSSMARK employees, completes in-store retail merchandising and reset assignments in several types of retail locations including mass merchant, grocery, drug, home improvement, and convenience stores. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented by CROSSMARK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Works with team members to maintain 100% authorized distribution in assigned territory and introduce new items. Work will include both individual and team assignments.
2. Maintains store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products.
3. Supplies point of sale materials and shelf management services.
4. Implements shelf schematics.
5. Achieves an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work.
6. Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.

NOTE: This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Associates will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as directed by management.

Majority of time-specific work begins at 6-7 AM on weekdays, with occasional evening work. Flexibility of schedule is important. Hours vary depending on your location, availability, and willingness to travel. 15-20+ hrs/wk on average.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; stoop; kneel, crouch, and to climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Computer Skills: Ability to use personal computers is required. Must have daily access to a computer with internet and printer.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license is required. Must have reliable transportation.

Work environment: Retail store environment with some travel. MUST be willing to travel within a 40 mile radius of your residence. Some mileage compensation included.
