Produce Supervisor

Performs all duties of Produce Team Member position. Display and stock product. Supervise Produce Team Members. Order and receive products. Open and close department according to established procedures. Assist Team Leader in analysis of Sales, Reports, and Labor. Oversee department and resolve difficult customer service situations in Team Leader absence. Follow established Weights and Measures procedures (TARES). Provide excellent customer service. Comply with all applicable State Health and Safety Codes. Learn all aspects of buying as a back-up. Perform other duties, as assigned. Support Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years experience at Produce TM level or equivalent. Analytical ability and proficiency in math needed to calculate Margins, monitor profitability and manage inventory. Demonstrated decision-making ability and leadership skills. Comprehensive product knowledge; ability to train others. Ability to operate bailer (must be 18 years old).
