Prepared Foods Team Leader

Drive pizza venue, double hot bar, chef’s station, salad bar and largest chef’s case in the Mid-Atlantic Region to new heights! Ensure that all food quality and presentation meets store and regional standards. Provide our customers with great customer service. Train and lead an outstanding team in a manner consistent with regional vision and standards. Implement and fully support all regional programs. Hire, train, coach, lead, reprimand, and terminate team members. Maintain high team morale. Achieve required margin and labor targets. Drive team productivity. Maintain well-stocked and merchandised department. Work a minimum of one closing shift per week, as well as one weekend day per week. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Train team members in all areas of the department. Be an active participant in the store leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS
Written action plan. Very strong food service/kitchen background. Previous supervisory experience in the food service industry. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent food merchandising skills. Passion for great food. Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets. Great people and motivational skills. Good written and oral communication skills. High standards of excellence. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Proven team player. Moderate computer skills.
