Summary: Completes in-store retail merchandising and reset assignments. Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented by CROSSMARK. Services and sells products in assigned territory in a professional manner.

Position will require:
* Flexibility to perform various tasks and/or projects during the day.
* Punctuality
* Reliable transportation
* Daily access to a computer, internet, and printer

Ideal Candidate will have:
* Previous merchandising and sales experience
* Ability to read and follow a planogram (schematic).
* Ability to maintain store shelf standards and inventory. Including rotation of products.
* Maintains 100% authorized distribution in assigned territory and introduces new items.
* Achieves an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work.
* Communicates all pertinent information on product lines as it relates to maintenance or sales activities and promotions.
* Exhibit exemplary communication skills and be comfortable working with CROSSMARK staff and interacting with specialty store staff.
