NIGHT MANAGERS-HOUSTON

Randalls, located in Houston, Texas, has openings for Night Managers.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Examine displays and shelves to identify which items need to be replenished. Ensure all signs and tags are in place.
? Monitor stocker and facer productivity.
? Meet preset goals for department in areas of labor, sales, and productivity.
? Train employees in store policies.
? Keep backroom clean and neat (stack empty pallets and crush empty boxes).
? Order merchandise, plan, and set displays.
? Assist department employees in completing their tasks.
? Working knowledge of company policies and guidelines as outlined in the Randalls / Tom Thumb Employee Handbook.

Working Conditions and Physical Functions:
? Able to work in varied temperatures.
? Independent mobility within the department. Standing and walking for 8-10 hours.
? Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing 60 pounds.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule.
? Perform other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:

? College Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
? Minimum 1 year experience in Grocery retail and/or 6 months in management.
? Successful completion of Randalls/Tom Thumb Management Training Program.
? Minimum score of “Satisfactory” on Performance Evaluation.
? Minimum 80% Superior Service personal success rate.
