Meat/Poultry Team Member

Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution. Provide our customers with great customer service. consistent with regional vision and standards. Implement and fully support all regional programs. Maintain high team morale. Achieve required margin and labor targets. Drive team productivity. Maintain well-stocked and merchandised department. Work a minimum of five closing shifts per week, as well as one weekend day per week. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Train team members in all areas of the department. Be an active participant in the store leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS
experience in, and understanding of, all areas of Meat/Poultry operations. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent merchandising skills. Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets. Great people and motivational skills. Good written and oral communication skills. High standards of excellence. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Proven team player. Moderate computer skills.
