Meat Associate Team Leader

Set the standard for legendary customer service and quality product.
Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution.
Assist in training and leading an outstanding team, in a manner consistent with regional vision and standards.
Help implement and support all regional programs.
Assist as needed in hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and leading Team Members.
Maintain high team morale.
Achieve required margin and labor targets.
Drive team productivity.
Maintain well-stocked and -merchandised department.
Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals.
Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs.
Be a strong support to your Team Leader, and run the team during Team Leader’s absence.
Work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays to suit the business need.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for food, people, product and numbers.
Written action plan for 30/60/90 days.
Strong desire to become a Meat Team Leader.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Basic understanding of all areas of Meat operations.
Excellent customer service skills and standards.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets.
Great people and motivational skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
High standards of excellence.
Proven team player.
Basic math and computer skills.
