In-Store Marketing Manager

-Assist In Store Sales Manager in meeting sales goals (product and deposit growth) through the development, recommendation, and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics applied to In-Store Branch locations footprint-wide.
-Formulate marketing programs and promotion, and manage In-Store brand/experience.
-Execute the marketing program, while supporting/working with product management, legal and compliance.
-Foster grocery partners marketing relationships and develop cooperative promotions.
-Personal involvement and inspection of marketing execution.
-Marketing Communication to front line employees.
-Some overnight travel is required.
-Manage costs and marketing budget.
-An understanding of print production and design is helpful.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree
-4 to 6 years in a marketing/product management capacity.
