FF&E Invoice Clerk


In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks to include sorting
incoming invoices, verifying receipt of deliveries to meet SOX compliance,
and receiving invoices by computer input to clear purchase orders.
In addition, you will work with Accounting & Purchasing to assure
timely invoice payment and adjust for purchase order/invoice match
as well as work with suppliers to correct invoice discrepancies.
The team player and detail-oriented individual we seek must possess
2+ years' related work experience in a Purchasing or Accounting
environment. PC proficiency with MS Office required; expertise with
PeopleSoft programs preferred. The ability to work independently
and excellent communication skills a must.
