Director of Client Development

Summary: Supervise Client Services Managers (CSM’s). Assume the ultimate responsibility for contact with clients within the directors group. Assist in leading the Client Development Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Establish a clear understanding of the client’s objectives and goals.
2.Supervise and manage client responsibilities.
3.Manage team administrators and direct team analyst to understand all aspects of the client’s business to ensure correct and timely execution of all client’s needs.
4.Train and develop Client Manager’s, as well as other employees for any possible future opportunities.
5.Ensure application of the Client Management Group business systems and processes.
6.Work directly with Senior Management and Division Managers in managing the client’s business.

•Three Years of Consumer Packaged Goods or Client Management Experience.
•Will be asked to demonstrate analytical ability
•Three Years of People Management Experience
•Experience Managing P&L
•Familiar with Wal-Mart Business Practices
•Familiar with Consumer Packaged Goods Sales & Merchandising Operations

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; Operational experience
